WPF application to collect contact informations during public relation events (open doors, trade shows, ...).

This application can be used on Windows 10 Tablet / Desktop / Portable and runs in 2 modes :

• Admin mode : manage settings/contacts, data export/backup
• Survey : enterprise contact form

The collected data can be exported in different format (xlsx, pdf)
